2. Push-ups--do 35 a day. Skip every other day
3. Squats- 3 sets of 12 every other day

Honestly, any quick way is just going to do harm to your body. Eating a proper diet and regular exercise would probably be the best way to go. And you don't have to go to the gym to lose weight. Try jogging, power walking around the block, skipping or waking up to do work out to those aerobic shows or something. It's all comes down to will power. If you put your mind to it, you'll get there.
