Unfortunately, the only thing that you need to have an itchy foreskin is a foreskin. Being diabetic just adds to it. Often it is recommended that diabetics get circumcised just prevent problems in that area. I would suggest that you speak to your doctor.Health Question & Answer
Mate.. whatever soap or detergent or cleansing product.. or deoderant .. or powder or whatever it is you are applying to your junk... stop doing it. Wash your gear in warm salty water... change your underwear and see if that helps.
