Very normal. Your body is growing both inside and out. This will continue to happen as you age, though most will stop normally on their own. If you're weight-lifting, the veins in your arms and legs will get even bigger. You penis, however, will normally stop growing length wise when you reach your full height. This is perfectly normal for a man. As you build more muscle and your body works harder you veins become more visible. It is normal for a man to find veins on there penis - and they wont be going!
