The line you're speaking of is where you were originally circumcised. It's nothing to worry about. The older you get, it'll fade somewhat. Most guys I know have this same line. Is it more or less pronounced when hard or soft.? also, your skin type has somewhat to do with this. If you're swarthy or dark-skinned, it's more pronounced. Some guys have this line.
The line appears along the shaft, on the underside. It almost looks like a Symmetry line dividing the right and left side of the penis.
I would not be concerned with this "line". It may very well be a Symmetry line. If it really bothers you, ask your doctor.Health Question & Answer

I am pretty sure you are referring to the raphe, it runs from below the penis head down the scrotum as well, it's formed during development in the wombHealth Question & Answer
