Question: Do guys feel ashamed if they just dribble and don't shoot.?
I'm trying to keep it polite here but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Some guys seem to just dribble and don't shoot far. In general, do guys feel embarrassed about that.?Health Question & Answer

Well I think that since it's a team sport, they're good with whatever your abilities are on the court...be it dribbling or shooting. Good luck and I hope this helps. It seems as though most people don't understand what you are talking about. I don't think that guys feel ashamed. It's one of those things that happens and some wonder why. Once you get past the wondering, then you start to realize that it doesn't matter that you don't shoot far. Plus, once you shoot it in the "BASKET" then it certainly doesn't matter how far you shot from. Health Question & Answer

Personally I don't think that distance really matters at all... in fact I would rather that the outcome of the "game" would be more of an overtime thing than whether or not it was a slam dunk or a long shot.

i don't know. i mean, i think that it's a matter of pride, and it feels better if we shoot, but having never experienced the former, i can't say it'd feel bad...but i do like shooting.

*shrugs* I don't tend to, but on the basketball court many different people have different playing styles, some just dribble and pass, some will actually shoot the ball. You build your team for basketball, play the game to have fun!Health Question & Answer
Well Im not sure. I think that if you're a lot taller you have a better shot at it. I myself, feel that I give it my best, but the ball doesnt always land in the net!
