Well to me it definitely sounds like he could like you but since you guys have never talked he might be checking you out. Try starting a conversation with him ask him how hes been doing exc.... What girls don't realize is guys are actually really shy, unless they are players. Find out his likes and dislikes and from their you have a lot to work with. I think you definitely should not try to ask him out immediately. If he's a decent guy he'll think your way too forward. For now just keep it at friends, get to know him, after that you can think about asking him out but not now. You haven't even talked to him yet and you don't know much about him. Take it slow and play it cool. : )
