Question: Help me gain some weight.?
Everywhere i look, there are "recipies" on how to loose weight, but what about gaining weight.?
I'm ~184cm tall and have only 65kg, and i'm 65kg for about 10 years now. I don't want a lot, just 10kg would be amazing, but whatever i do i just don't gain anything. People tell me i have a high metabolism. Well i kinda figure that on my own, but what to do about it.? Don't tell me to eat. I eat a lot, i love bread, i eat meat, i love fast-food, i eat after getting home from work so around 7PM, and maybe eaven before going to sleep, at around 11-12 i eat again. All in all i eat like 4 maybe 5 times a day. People used to tell me that when i will be getting older that high metabolism will get lower and i will get some weight. But i'm allready 29 years old and this is getting ridiculous. Need some help here. Health Question & Answer

For the people having high metabolism gaining weight is a major problem. Even a very good diet will not help much. But gaining weight doesnot means that you are healthy. You go to zim and do some weight lifting. And in the night must eat sprouts and wheat with milk before sleeping. I'm not saying that you will gain weight but it will surely help you as sprouts are themself work as a mulitvitamin and completes all the defficiencies. I'm a big fan of sprouts as i'm experiencing it for the last 1 year. Don't expect any weight gain but suerly it will help you gaining good muscles where they meant. And pls. don't use adv. health drink. They are just market gimmik and only give a whole in your pocket but not help you.Health Question & Answer
They sell these drinks at wal-mart where the vitamins and stuff are. There specifically for people to gain weight. I forgot what there called. But if you go in wal mart you'll see them. Health Question & Answer

same problem here at 20.
lift about 3-5 days a week. eat a clean, balanced diet.
a couple of protein shakes. eat every couple hours, small meals.
chicken, pasta, cottage cheese, fruits, vegetables, a little lean red meat once in a while.
no rich, fatty food or sauces
you'll gain if you do that
limit or remove all cardio. that includes basketball. I love it too but that always causes me to drop 15 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks.
