Most guys in the changing room walk around and shower nude. Im not used to being nude in public but i want to try.
Im feeling a bit shy and nervous though - im not gay or anything but I think im gonna have an erection just cos of being nude in public!

Having been in change rooms before, no one cares if you get an erection, most guys aren't looking at your cock. If it happens while you're changing, just wrap a towel around yourself, or go to a washroom stall and knock one off.
If it's in the shower, then just ignore it. If someone points it out (which I highly doubt) just smile and say something like "nice isn't it"

I get naked in the locker room at school and I don't even think about it. In the last 2 years I've only seen 2 guys get erections and they were showing them off. It will be easier than you thought.
