Oh my God. Why do people freak out over one little thing. You didn't even do anything sexual with him in the dream.? So how can that make you gay.? And most wet dreams aren't sexual, and this one wasn't. And nothing can "make" you gay. If you are gay you are born that way, it's not something you become. So no it doesn't mean anything, chill out.
