Poop is not vegemite even though it looks like it, you just don't go and butter knife some sh*t onto your balls like that (Just as well it wasn't your d*ck) you might have made it an inch smaller than it is which would have left you with nothing.
Why not try going to the doctor and asking this question, I'm pretty sure he'd recommend putting ointment on it (Just make sure you don't use a knife to put that on again)
