I just turned 13 and my right penis had started to get a lot bigger when I get a *****, but my left one stays kinda shriveled still. Does anybody else have/had this problem and know of a way to fix it.?Health Question & Answer

I think that you mean testicles -- and one is normally larger than the other. If you actually mean penises -- you are very lucky and apparently have an unobservant pediatrician.
