Sex is what causes it. When your having sex, the penis acts as a piston and forces air into the vagina, so it will come out. There is no way to avoid it. It's just one of those things that will always happen. This is why you NEVER want to have sex in a full body of water. Because the same thing will happen. Only it will be water forced into your vagina and it can cause HPV and Indemetriosis, stuff like that. So be sure to stay clear from that.
