It isn't good, and almost pointless unless a Dude wants to go by imagination instead of feeling much.
You cannot feel the sliding of the tongue through the rubber, only the change in the location of the slight pressure might be felt.?
Sex with a condom isn't much better either for the same reasons.
It's OK for a Lady, because the condom slides in and out of her with the penis, so she can't feel much difference.
For a Dude, it's like trying to feel the slippery part of jello when sliding your finger in and out of a block of it, with a rubber glove on. The best sensation for a male is the feel of slippery sliding direct over the knob...same as the clit. even though the chances are small you can get throat cancer from oral sex. You can get STD through oral sex if one of the people have it. I hate condom on oral sex, it almost no feeling at all. I'd rather masturbate then get oral sex with condom on.Health Question & Answer
