anildel, every guy is different in that regard. what happens is that during erection, the blood flow to your penis is what makes it hard. once you've ejaculated, the blood flows out of your penis back into the rest of your body and you go soft. There are a few guys who do not go soft once they've come and are ready to go almost immediately again although it takes them awhile to get to the point where they can ejaculate again.
