A question regarding the scrotum....HELP!?!

Question: A question regarding the scrotum....HELP!.?
Okay, im a guy and i've got these little white lumps on the surface of the skin of my scrotum, ranging from tiny to about the size of a matchstick head. Some of them are firm but some of them can be squeezed and white stuff comes out, like a spot.
Is this normal, does anyone have it or know what it is.?.?
Thanks.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
These are simply clogged hair follicles, nothing else.
You can squeeze them or let them be.

OK - it's NOT herpes.

There is a condition that happens with men where you develop a form of acne around the follicle of your body hair called folliculitis. It's treated generally the same way you treat all body acne. Wash more and keep it dry. Obviously, picking at it makes it worse. If you are a you ng man, this is something common and nothing to worry about. Of course, if you keep picking at your scrotum, you will find less people interested in playing with you.

If it gets worse or turns into red leaking sores, seek medical attention. For now, keep clean. Try a body wash instead of bar soap - they tend to leave your skin cleaner.Health Question & Answer

Small light areas can be normal, as they're just hair follicles. If you have whiteheads that can be squeezed, it could be a form of acne or infected follicles. This can happen if you shave there a lot. If there's a lot of them, go see a dermatologist. It wouldn't hurt to get it checked out, and it's better safe than sorry.Health Question & Answer

Well if you have shaved down there before it could be ingrown hairs.
It may also be a S.T.D. I think it sounds like Herpes. I'm not sure though.
Obviously you need to get it checked out.Health Question & Answer
