How is this.? Pants getting higher on the belly as I get older. Not the young one anymore, can't wear the shirt out-tucked, and the backside baggy.

Life has its problems and this one is yours. How do you know they are getting higher.? Maybe your pants are just getting larger. Maybe you're shrinking more than is normal as you age.
