Me too have heard this several times, and I still do not know whether I should believe it or not. Thats why if you see most of the hunks, they have a lot of hairloss and most of them are bald from the front. But still some say its heriditary, since there are several hunks who still have a good heed of hair, inspite of weight-lifting. If you are loosing out on your hair content, then its suggested that you use a good quality hair oil regularly. also use a proper hair shampoo and then condition it on alternate days. also gorge on healthy food which has Vitamin - H which is good for hair.Health Question & Answer
