like all over my body cause of wrestling in school
i stretched like crazy then i was like shttt n my left knee is injured too

any way to reduce soreness.? i mean i know its good thing but whenever i stand up its just like aaaaa lol

tom its very natural to be this sore but while you are healing it is best to take it as easy as possible ..

the best things you can do is soak in hot baths , use a heating pad , use icy hot but wash youre hands afterwards and dont apply it anywhere morning wood grows lol get a gentle massage , and drink as much water as you can because when you work muscles that much sometimes a small amount of toxins are released into youre body ...so you need to flush any of those out ..

also move around as much as you can no lifting just take a walk a couple o times a day ...

heat increased circulation using icy hot and you will be fit as a fiddle in a few days ..
