And the skin on my penis and sack are really red and hard. My entire penis is kind of numb. Should I wait and see what happens or go to a doctor.? It's been a few days now.Health Question & Answer

well.... shampoo, or any sort of soap, is very irritating. especially if used when dry for long periods of time. even lotion or conditioner would have been a better option. maybe you should ask a doctor. dont worry, they'll try to not make it so bad.Health Question & Answer

Have you tried washing it.? if not I would wash it first, then I would get a washcloth and soak it with some cool water and apply to ease some of the swelling, discomfort and irritation. You might even want to try a benadryl. If its not better then I would go see a doctor.Health Question & Answer
