its not totaly accurate but i was told in my bio class that the male sperm are faster to get to the egg but die fast as for girl sperm they arent as fast but live longer...so if you want a girl u have sex like a day or 2 befor ovulation and if you awnt a boy u have sex the day of ovulation

Nope not at all through the natural way. A sperm either has a x or y chromosome. X is a girls and Y is a boy. You can have procedures done where doctors sort out your sperm and you can get the gender of your choice. So yes it is with the advancement of technology. Health Question & Answer
