HELP!! My arm veins popped out =((. ?!

OMG!!! I just thought of something funny. The other day, I was out with my friend and we saw a girl walk by with veins popping out of her arms. They looked like those, and my friend said "Wow Tucker, Amy Winehouse would kill to have those arms!" I laughed so hard because since she's a drug addict, she needs visible veins so she can shoot up quicker LOL. But anyway, I think you are dehydrated. That's why they're popping out. Its really not somthing to worry about. IT dosn't look bad. You can't "Make" them pop out. They can't pop out! Its somthing that you just have. If you gain weight it might be less visbale but i dont reconmend that. IT dose not look bad!
