15 year old dude, very weak barely any muscle cant do 1 pull up?!


Question: 15 year old dude, very weak barely any muscle cant do 1 pull up.?
I'm a 15 year old guy, 5'5", 120 pounds. Im sick of being the weakest person i know by far. 30 pushups and Im sore all next day. I can barely lift weights. i can't even do a single pull up. i just want to get some muscle on me what will it take.? how do i do it.? please help.

Do you have a locale jim you can go to.? If you do try this. Start with little weights, ones that don't make you tired in the first three seconds. I to am 15 and i used to be just the same way. but i started running and biking and eventually that mde my legs strong and then i would do about 10-15 push ups a day and now i can lift weights and other things. all it takes is a little determination and i believe you can do it.Health Question & Answer

Definitely start with little weights and work your way up to heavier weights. Do 4 different types of exercises that work the same type or muscle.
