when i was circumsized by the age of 12, I noticed some white small warts beside my penis' head.
The doctor who circumsized me told nothing about this. But, I'm feeling that these warts are bad.?
The warts are painless and they don't increase in number, they're very small, smaller than a grain of sugar.
I just want to ask, where did I get it.? And is it safe for me to have sex.? I'm now 17 and I still have no

They aren't warts, they are Pearly Penile Papules. They are normal, they are pretty sensitive, giving good pleasure. These are not common in people circumcised at birth, but uncircumcised people have tons of them.Health Question & Answer

Usually they are caused by some sort of activity with a partner who picked up genital warts a while back. They aren't a life or death matter, they just do as they look; which is to look bad. I don't even think you need to go to your doctor to get a cream to fix it. Try going to your local drugstore.
