The average penis size is about 4.5" to 5.5" so yes you are average sized already and it's a good size for your age for sure at only 13 - you don't want someone to say oh you'll grow but it's true - you still have some growing to do so it could well increase maybe another inch or so so don't worry ok.? It's all good. You're only half an inch less than me (when erect) and I'm .... well let's say 21. lol.
