Can men ejaculate before an orgasm?!

Question: Can men ejaculate before an orgasm.?
My boyfriend and I are sexually active and are usually very careful about using protection. However, the other day we didn't use any because he didn't have any. I'm not going to make any excuses for it because I know it was stupid. He was just going to pull out when he was about to ejaculate. Well twice he pulled out and said he had felt the urge to but nothing came out. He was worried that he had already ejaculated inside me and by the time he pulled out he was experiencing the orgasm. Is this possible.? Doesn't the orgasm always come before ejaculation.? Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Often men will ejaculate a fairly clear very liquidy fluid before orgasm. It can be watery and go sort of "unnoticed" during sex, similar to how a female can ejaculate or "squirt" a clear fluid, repeatedly, but it is very different than an "orgasm" which usually follows a few ejaculations. So it is possible that he did ejaculate several times before he actually felt his orgasm and "came," usually with a much "creamier" discharge than the clear ejaculations before the orgasm.Health Question & Answer

Most of the time they're at the same time. But they can be separate, before or after, before particularly if he is worried. Did he shoot ejaculate after he pulled out .? Sometimes there can be a "retrograde" ejaculation into the bladder (reverse ejac), if he has squeezed it off inside himself, but that is rare. In Eastern cultures they practice this until perfected, but it's not common among men who don't know how to do.

Either way , it wasn't safe, there is sperm in pre-ejaculate, and if he had an erection and was in you, chances are it was making its way inside of you ...Health Question & Answer

Ejaculation and orgasm are pretty much simultaneous, but it is possible, and highly likely, that your boyfriend had some precum. Precum is a lubricant that does contain sperm.

If you do not intend to have a child, then ALWAYS use protection and some form of birth control. Not doing so will almost always lead to pregnancy. Please be careful with your choices.Health Question & Answer

Even before ejaculation, there's always a few droplets coming out. They contain just as much sperm as the big finish. Which is why Coitus Interruptus is not a reliable birth control method.Health Question & Answer
