Question: I Need Advice On Push-Ups.?
I know push ups help build arms and chest and all, but what else can they help on your body.? Do you think doing around 40 push ups a day is not enough.? also how long will it take to see results.?Health Question & Answer

Just keep doing them. I know they work your chest, triceps, and shoulders, but if you do incline pushups (like with your legs up on the bed and doing them) it works your upper chest more.
Incline pushups are harder too.
If you do your push-ups with your hands out wider, it works your chest more and also the outer part of your chest,
and if pushups with your hands together with your hands making a triangle, it works your triceps more and also works your inner chest
Results really depend.
It really matters if your doing your pushups with good form or not
and you wont get immediate results. it builds over time

Push ups will also help your core muscle - stomach and back. Make sure you keep your body in a straight line. I wouldn't even do them every day, personally I only do them 3 days a week. also, you can throw in some pull ups and sit ups, then get really crazy with some squats and lunges and you'll be working the whole body before you know it!
