Question: 15 year old looking to gain speed.?
I ran the 100 meter dash in 12.2 last year, and just today i ran my 40 yard dash in 4.8, any tips on how to get faster.? I'm 5'9" and 130 pounds.Health Question & Answer

Dont just focus on track - take part in other physical activities that will contribute to your running. I find the best sport to increase all around fitness and ability, especially for someone your size, would be american football. I'm pretty close to your size (5'8 135-140) and i started football a year ago, and its really helped me get more athletic.
