Its possible you might sprain your penis but you're not likely to really harm it unless you're really trashed on drugs/alcohol and can't respond to your body if it tells you you are in pain. But personally I have never hurt myself sleeping on my stomach. I do think it is more comfortable to lay with it face towards my feet if its flacid.
