Why is more forearm sore?!


Question: Why is more forearm sore.?
I've been working out for 3 months now, and just recentley I noticed my forearm (Ulna) by the wrist is very sore if I lift weights. I don't know why, I lift with proper positioning. I know everything I do in technique is right. But this has happened to me before and it took a long time to heal. Why does this happen.?Health Question & Answer

You may have strained something or actually broken your wrist. Take a break for a few days and if the pain returns, you should really have it x-rayed.Health Question & Answer
