Question: Early Puberty help plz.?
i hit puberty when i was 9. is that normal.? i have already had my growth spurt and i'm only 1.55 metres(5 foot). also my friends joke about my height because at primary i was the tallest and now i am the shortest in my year. Is there a way to grow taller.?Health Question & Answer

We don't know what you intend for puberty and what happened during your 9 years to let you suppose that the sexual development (puberty) was already started. Anyhow, take note that anything is strictly due to genetic issues and independently from the puberty time, the height just is a personal characteristic and in the case of some disorder it's medically treatable by specific hormones during the adolescence (no steroids!) Still, during the young age some sports - as like as swimming or volleyball - can help the growth.Health Question & Answer
