Normal, no reason to have it hanging down in the way when you don't need it for sex! Often guys compare themselves to other guys, and in the locker room for example or even at the urinals, some guys will get semi-engorged just thinking about their member or it hanging out in public. So they look "bigger" since they are partially inflated. As you know, your own favorite appendage will change size throughout the day, and depending on the temperature. Just normal. But I for one will admit in high school I would think about sex as I went in the boys restroom to pee, so my own penis would get a big bigger. With open trough urinals, you saw everyone else, so I like a lot of other guys figured out you could get a reputation as "being hung" by just being well engorged when taking a leak or changing in the locker room. And I think that's common, whether guys intentionally do it or do it subconsciously. Really laid back, relaxed guys don't give a damn, so they look small. Lucky you, it will tend to be a bit looser and longer flaccid with use over the years when it is warm, but will still go smaller when cold!

Mines the same. It looks tiny when its down, and can really shock guys to see it when it goes hard. Everyones different I think. I've seen some that look like they'll be huge when they get hard, but hardly get any bigger at all.Health Question & Answer
