This is a problem for blacks mainly. It is because of the kinky hair working its way backwards and back into the skin. If it is bothering him, tell him to see a doctor. Health Question & Answer
chances are that when his hair was cut it was close enough to cause infected hairs, especially at the bottom of the hair line and on the neck, i highly doubt that a barber would not be sterilizing his equipment enough to cause bumps on his head...Health Question & Answer
