FEEL YOUR PECS! is the left side harder then the other.?

RiGHT SIDE HARDER:if your still in puberty then thats normal for your pecs to grow at different sizes. they will even out. however if you arent in puberty try doing these exercises just on your left side.

LEFT SIDE HARDER: means your left side is toned more then the right so do those same excercises except on the right side. also do some cardio to lose extra fat.Health Question & Answer

Ur left pec is probably just way more toned than ur right. If you're really self-conscience about it, y not lift some weights, and do a few more reps with just ur right side. That way it'll even them out. I had the same problem, and what I described helped me even the sizes out. I hope that helps, and good luck =)
