Hi I'm 20. Now Days I Am Having This Problem. My Hair Is Dropping Quite A lot Lately. I Think I Might Have Too Much Problem In School Or Not Eating Right Lately. I Just Ate Anything And Went Back To Work Or Sleep. But I Wanna Know If There Is Any Kind Of Fruits Or Foods Is Good To Make Hair Stronger. Hopefully I Didn't Take Good Care Of My Hair And It's Kinda Freak Me Out When i Sew Some Hairs On My Table.
