I'll take it either way. When we have sex in the evening, we have more time to spend with each other. In the morning, I am more rested and can usually last longer, but we are under time pressures to get the kids to school and me to work.

As a general rule, men perform better sexually if they're well rested. I would love to have sex in the morning because that's when I'm feeling "happy", but my wife isn't a morning person.
