Question: How to stay fit as I get older.?
I am knocking on 30s door and everyday at the gym I see guys in their 40s and 50s that are in great shape. I have noticed that in the last 10 years my testosterone levels have fallen. It is getting harder and hard to burn fat and I can't gain muscle like I used to, I am seeing more and more gray hairs popping up and it makes me wonder if these guys are taking a certain type of supplements. I would like to hear from guys who are 30+ about what type of supplements and diet they are using to stay in shape.Health Question & Answer

i am not 30+ in fact i am 14, but i believe i can help you. First try stepping up the exercise slowly i've months, that way it will help to stay in shape. Then try and take testosterone supplements, but not for too long or you testicles will shrink and when you stop taking them your testicles will make the same amount of testosterone as a castrated man, so only take the daily amount of testosterone and not for more that 3 months. also try reading the men's health magazine that will help. Try eating those "Quick Fat busting" Foods for a while and most important, Try and eat more healthy options of protein. like chicken breast. You should try eating more that the daily amount of protein and don't forget to eat vegetables otherwise you hair will grow grey faster. hope i could help. :)Health Question & Answer
