Alright it's not near the pubes and not near the head. there is this 1cm area of raised, rubbery textured skin the middle of my penis. it wasn't here yesterday and i noticed it about 10 minutes ago. I've searched everything and cannot find anything regarding this. If i squeeze certain parts of the infection it leaks a clear fluid, not alot at all, less then a drop of rain. There is a little dot towards the head but that is the only other irregular thing.

Since you haven't ever had sex that rules out an STD. Have you changed laundry soaps or bath soaps recently.? Could just be irritation. You could put some hydrocortisone cream on it for a couple of days and see if that makes it better. You could also try some Neosprorin since you refer to it an an infection. I think its acne on ur penis. Your sperm is dirty and if u dont wash ur penis after masterbation you ahve living things dieng on your penis and microbes coming onto ur penis so it infects. Always wipe well or wash it off at least after sex or masterbation.
