Question: I lift weights for 30 minutes, three days a week and do cardio 40 minutes 6 days a week should I consume.?
I know you should consume 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight when you lift weights. SHould I eat this much protein on the days i don't lift weights too. I weight 200lbs so get at least 200gramsprotein/day should I eat this much protein all week.? Or is this too muchHealth Question & Answer


Answers:
I would eat that much protein all week but your body wont be able to absorb more then like 60-70 grams of protein in one sitting so space it out every 4 hours or so.

also it depends on if you are trying to be lean or if you are bulking up. Eat as much as you can if you want to be bigger.Health Question & Answer
