but ya like i said im a small guy about 5 foot 6 inches tall 130 lbs when i bench i don't go over 100 lbs even though i could but i do it about 50 times cool off do it 50 more and repeat than 5 or 6 times no matter what i cant get sore the other day i worked out maxed on everything for like 4 hours and didn't get the least bit sore idk what it is but its weirdHealth Question & Answer

Haha. Yes, it is normal. I work out hard as i can and i work out 3 or 4 times a week...
Some days i wake up feeling sore. Some i dont
It depends what body part you work the most.. and what muscles.
If you work one muscle till exhaustion.. than you will be in pain alot the next day because its still exhausted.

If you did double your regular workout and it wasnt hard for you... than do more.... and if you want your muscles to feel exhausted the next day, than work out longer and do the same muscles over and over again.
Pushups = back and shoulders
Situps = abs and chest
bicycle kicks = legs and calves and thighs

Youre working out all differant muscles. try putting more differant workouts in there as wellHealth Question & Answer

I wouldn't say normal but if you are not sore then that means you are in good shape. People who are usually sore means they don't exercise excessively. If you aren't sore, then I guess it's a good thing. Feeling sore actually shows if you have been exercising instead of being a couch potato.Health Question & Answer

Keep messing around & you will end up overextending yourself. The last thing you need is an injury or a hernia. Who exactly is it you're trying to impress, anyway.? Go to AOL Search - type in - Scott H. You probably haven't reached your limit yet, but soonor or later you'll be waking up one day sore as a dog...try not to strain your body to much its perfectly normal for people not to feel pain, you probably just didn't reach your limit yet. I suddgest you don't try to figure out what your limit is.Health Question & Answer

It's perfectly normal to not feel anything, your muscles memorize what you do. It's called 'muscle memory" and if you do the same exercise every day you won't feel anything. The key to a good work out is variety and rest.Health Question & Answer

The reason why you are'nt sore is because you are in excellent physical condition. :-)
Another factor is, you probably got a good rest and your body had plenty of time to recouperate.

Hope u feel fine in the future.Health Question & Answer

idk about you but not being sore after a hard workout is a good thing imo...

if you're that worried about it up your workout until you actually feel the burn...

but then again sometimes when i workout im fine the next day..but the day after im sore..idkHealth Question & Answer
