There is no better. You should wear what looks best for your body build and also what makes you feel comfortable. Lean healthy guys usually look good in briefs because they have only one bulge and can display it. Jockey makes a brief which is made of Spandex except for the pouch is shaped the way you are. It does not bind but it feels and looks good. In situations where you might get an erection you may prefer briefs because they keep the erection from showing quite so much

It's really all about opinion, what's right for one guy isn't necessarily right for the next. I personally prefer briefs because:
1.They're more comfortable to me
2.They give better support
3.I like how they look and feel.
4.They're cheaper
5.They don't ride up
I will wear boxer briefs sometimes though, just for some variation.

I personnally like the C-IN2 boxer briefs and briefs, a little on the pricey side, but they are soooooooooooo comfortable you forget your wearing them. They also have a pocket in the front for your package to hang in so if you wanna show off what you got, these are the ones that will do it. Health Question & Answer
