At high school age everyone knows what is not appropriate touching. I suspect what you are describing is being done for intimidation or bullying. If it happens to you don't react in an overly emotional manner but make it clear that there actions are not acceptable. Health Question & Answer
yeah well i have two male friends that are in 11th grade that rape try eachother in their cloths i think the system is whoever is put into submission and is raped loses there not gay and they have girlfriends. but touching eachothers penises isnt funny and its pretty gay my friends dont do that.
