Dark colour line, circumcision?!

Question: Dark colour line, circumcision.?

I had a circumcision recently. Can you take a look at this pic.?

There is a red line above smegma(i dont know what it is callled in medical terms), but in my penis when i squeeze my shaft, it becomes very dark. I wonder if that is the case with all circumcized penis.?
I had a phimosis as well, a lot of accumulation of smegma.

Just clean off your penis. You shoulnd't have smegma on it. That's really gross to leave it on there. You have to clean it off.
