Question: How do I tell a guy I like him.?
I am 17. There is a guy at my school who I think likes me. For the past 2 years, he would always be staring at me. Whenever I walked past him, he looked at me with a deep gaze but I always ignored it because I am shy with guys. We were put in the same group for a project and sit near each other.
When we do the project, he is attentive to everything I say and gives me lots of eye contact. He uses my name ALOT when we talk. For example, when he asks me something he says "Rebeca, did you get the answer.?" and ends some of his sentences with my name such as "Yeah, I got it Rebeca." and stuff like that. When he says my name, his tone of voice changes and he says it so sweetly.
I really like him, but I don't know what to say to him exactly. I was thinking of going up to him and asking "Do you like me.?" and if he says no, then say ok I was just wondering. and If he says yes, then I will tell him I like him too.
But he is always with his friends. I have only walked past him when he was alone once. So I am really unsure what to do. Can anyone help.? and my friends won't help me. They will but I don't want them to because of reasons I don't want to explain. Please, any suggestions.? I don't wanna seem desperate to him. Does he like me.?Health Question & Answer

most of the people above are telling u to be really bold when u are really shy.
but u dont have to do that
just talk to him more and when there's an opening, ask him if he would like to go to library, skating rink, do community service, etc with u. if u need an excuse, say ur friends are busy and u want someone to go with u. find out his hobbies and see what u have in common, etc
also ask him for his email, aim, whatever.
when u are really comfortable with him, then tell him u like him
