why are the shower's in the men's change rooms at the gym all ways open. Do men not care if other guys see there naked body. If you are a guy that goes to the gym and shower's naked are you comfortable showering naked. Are guys comfortable being naked in front of other guys.?Health Question & Answer

They are open because once you've showered that way a few times it isn't a big deal anymore. And the people who designed them probably grew up in an environment where seeing other guys nude was no issue.
I don't think you are ever supposed to be "comfortable" with it. But there seems to be something very healthy, psychologically, about not being uncomfortable with it.
A lot of places there may be creepy guys that are attracted to open showers. But in my experience it is rare. They probably get bored with it.
If you try it a few times, ignore any creepers, you'll notice after a bout 5-6 times showering this way that you don't care at all anymore.

yes why not we all have the same equipment down there. There is nothing differnet between us. i am confident and comfortable with my body and dont care who wants to see it that is fine with me. I dont understand what the deal is with all this modesty that is going around now a days.
