Question: Tips on losing 20 pounds or six inches in 1 month.?
I won't go on any specific diet, but a calorie diet would work fine.
I already do a lot of running. 6-12 miles a week.

Any good tips.?

Age 15. Weight: 155. 18-20% body fat. 30-32 waist.

Before anyone says this is unhealthy. I really don't care. I care about How I look for my sake. I want to be what I want to be. 1 month is the quickest and healthier than 2 weeks. So..Health Question & Answer

start eating at set time small small meals about 6 times a day witch snacks stick with a high protein of fish or chicken a lot of vegetables salads preferred with a vinegar dressing and fruits no fast food it kills ur body and hard for ur body to work

once u start eating at the same time ur body wont starve it's self example lets say u eat at 7am 12:30pm and 6pm and u missed a meal ur body is gonna put that food that u ate at 6 pm as storage witch is bad once u start eat more meals it tell ur body that ur gonna eat again and it Will burn the food and it will speed up ur metabolism

Well, you're not going to build any other muscles than your leg muscles if you're not going to go to the gym... So you're going to have huge legs and tiny arms, not so attractive. Ha-ha-ha. Just drink a lot of water, eat loads of fruit and vegetables. Stay away from any processed foods(junk foods), like microwaveable foods, chips, cookies, candies, or fast foods. Do 3 sets of 30 crunches daily, it won't take more than 3 minutes and will help a bit if you do it daily. Walk to school, work, or wherever instead of driving. When I started walking to school, I realized I lost 5 pounds. (and I was saving the environment!) Eat healthy meat, not junky hamburgers. Have a BIG breakfast in the morning, then 2-5 smaller snacks throughout the day. It is healthier to eat little snacks throughout the day than 2 or 3 huge meals. Eating more frequently, but less, keeps your metabolism running all day, which means it is burning more fat. And have lots of sex with your lover.

take a good protein shake for meal replacements, its already pre broke down so your body doesnt have to work hard to digest and metabolize it. secondly if you need to lose weight really fast, stacker 3 is an amazing fat burner, and its all herbal ****, so you dont have crazy side effects. its like 25 bucs at walmart. and it does work if you need to lose weight fast. lastly, dont eat within 4 hours of going to sleep. your body wont metabolize certain fats while sleeping and will store them easier.Health Question & Answer

The most weight I ever lost in a short span of time was actually not so much due to dieting.

I started turning to music (singing, playing guitar, keyboard, you name it) and for some reason I lost a bunch of waist and gained muscle.

Not to mention I ended up feeling a lot better even than I did after a run.Health Question & Answer

Dun know i work out at YMCA but i guess you can wake up and 5 am in the morning breath the fresh air..
