In fact some gay men do have some bowel problems as they age. Believe it or not some women's vaginas due fall out a bit - it's called a prolapse and is the uterus and is caused by not doing post-natal exercises and the suspensory ligaments holding the uterus in place not returning to normal after giving birth.

Most of the time the change is only that the muscle is just a little more relaxed when not aroused but opens more readily/easily when entry is attempted.
