I'm with you... I pretty much wait until there are more holes than fabric and the elastic is completely shot. I have some pairs that are probably years old !

I don't have to wait long, in fact I change them everyday, I change with fred and he changes with bill and he changes with mike and so on and so forth, that way our draws never wear out, always have a good pair under me.
