I need help....my penis smells like seriously bacon....I have not been circumsized and regularly masturbate....could it be that seaman is stuck under my skin as I can see white things under the skin when I try and clean it.

You need to do a much better job of washing & cleaning with soap & water & rinse well. If you can't lift the skin, try to soap up a cotton swab & work it in under the skin.
