my friend u need to start eating more which every1 is telling u this but when i say eat more i dont mean have a hugeeee meal cause obviosuly u cant, what u can do is try 2 have small meals but have 5-6 meals everyday even if u cant atleast nibble on a sandwich , just always keeep eating, by doing this ull expand ur stomach muscles therefore increasing ur appetite , and if u can make time 2 work out it will really help i was 55 kgs i worked out for 2 years and gained 10 kgs now its been 3 years and im 73 kgs now , soo i highly suggest u work out as well cause it will increase ur appetite as well , and try 2 take in some protein shakes, best of luck 2 ya, oh and dont try 2 fatten up by junk foood cause over time ull see that uv gained fat in the wrong area it will just make ur body look uglyHealth Question & Answer

Fatty fried food and you eat more carbs then you usually do.Bananas with whipped sugared cream helps a lot:you gain weight real fast.
Big Macs,take out,Chinese take out will do the trick too.
