your 14 and going through puberty. it'll stop when your fully mature, aka stop thinking about sex all the time ;). and the reason some older men use viagra or cialis or something like that is because of an erectile disfunction, as in they have problems with getting erect or as you reffer to it as "going up". Not all men have that when they're older.
